is a deposit required?
Yes, to secure your extension transformation, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking your application appointment. This deposit covers the cost of ordering your custom-matched hair and ensures your time in the salon is reserved.
We understand that life happens, but because each set of hair is ordered specifically for you, this policy helps us maintain a sustainable and high-quality service for all our clients. The remaining balance is then settled on the day of your service.

We accept all major credit cards, EFTPOS, and cash for your convenience. Your investment at Evoke includes more than just the hair—it covers the custom placement, technical application, and the professional cutting and styling required to blend the extensions seamlessly.

securing your appointments
Consultation Only — $100
A $100 payment is required to secure your consultation.
This amount is redeemable towards your extension application when you proceed within 4 months of your consultation date.
If you choose to proceed, this amount will be deducted from your total application cost.
If you decide not to go ahead, or do not proceed within the 4-month period, the consultation payment is non-refundable.
Consultation & Application — $500 Deposit
If you are ready to secure both your consultation and application appointment, a $500 deposit is required. This deposit forms part of your total service cost, with the remaining balance payable on the day of your application.
Application dates are limited, so we recommend enquiring early if you have a preferred date.
All deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling and cancellation conditions apply.
Rescheduling & Cancellations

More than 48 hours' notice: Please provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule your appointment.

Less than 48 hours' notice: Rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice incurs a fee equal to 50% of your deposit.

Within 24 hours of your appointment: Cancellations made within 24 hours forfeit 100% of your deposit.
can i still swim while wearing keratin bonds?
Absolutely! And you won’t have to worry about any hair swimming away either!
Before jumping into salt or chlorinated water, we recommend applying Calleja Pre-Surf Spray to help protect your extensions and reduce the amount of salt and chlorine your hair absorbs.
Once you’re out of the water, if possible rinse your salty locks thoroughly with fresh water and add post surf balm.
When possible, shampoo twice as usual and follow with conditioner to keep your extensions feeling soft, smooth and hydrated.
will bonds limit how i style my hair?
Not at all! Keratin bond extensions are designed to blend seamlessly with your natural hair, allowing you to enjoy a variety of hairstyles with the right placement and a little extra care.
Can I wear my hair up?
Absolutely. Ponytails, buns, braids and upstyles are all still possible. Bond placement is carefully considered to keep your extensions discreet, even when your hair is worn up. Avoid excessively tight styles that place tension on your roots, and use gentle hair ties to help protect your natural hair.
Can I use hot tools?
Yes! You can continue using your curling wand, straightener and other heat-styling tools. make sure heat is below 150 degrees and avoid direct heat on the keratin bonds, as excessive heat can soften or compromise them.
Can I blow-dry my hair?
Of course. Blow-drying is perfectly fine and an important part of your extension care routine. Ensure your roots and bonds are dried thoroughly after washing, using a suitable heat setting and directing airflow down the hair shaft.
