Once your deposit is paid and we lock in your hair extension application, we then order your hair extensions which are custom to you. This means we cannot refund for change of mind.
We will change/reschedule your appointment at no charge as long as we are notified 48 hours or more before your scheduled hair extension appointment.
Rescheduling less than 48hrs in advance will result in a 50% deposit loss.
If we are not notified within that time and you miss your appointment, you will lose 100% of your deposit.
To reschedule your hair extensions you will be required to pay another deposit.
